Sql Analyst - Coventry - £300- £400

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and optimising key performance indicators across our products to maximise long term revenues, analyse and improve effectiveness of the marketing and identify trends in the player life cycle.

Duties

- Developing and maintaining a SQL data warehouse.
- Developing accurate and efficient data processes to deliver data to various parts of the business.
- Monitoring and providing insights on players activities and behaviours.
- Identifying underperforming areas and be part of development and implementation of improvements.
- Applying statistical techniques to model and predict customer behaviours.
- Analysing, providing insight and proposing optimised solutions for all player marketing activities including conversion, promotions, retention and reactivation programs.
- Developing and generating tools and reports to monitor marketing campaigns and KPI performance.
- Responding to and delivering data driven solutions led by business requests as made by our Gibraltar based operations teams

Must Have:

- Excellent analytical, data modelling and organisational skills.
- Experience in SQL is essential.
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- An understanding of online gaming products would be an advantage
- Self-starter with the ability to generate own ideas.
- Creative problem solving abilities.
- Highly proficient in Excel/ MS-Access (VBA an advantage but not essential).
- An understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
