MY DUTIES:

-You will support the Regulatory Department within the transition of RB into the two different Business Units Hygiene/Home & Health
-You will be responsible for Regulatory files of the Hygiene Home Business into stand-alone administrative structure within Quality Management System (QMS) and tasks related to Legal Entity Restructuring (LER) are in place and on time, such as:
-Develop and submit registration documents to authorities
-Filing of product notifications to Poison Information Centres
-Maintenance of product information in relevant databases
-Support artwork changes & PSDS updates
-Administration of Change Control procedures
-Support migration of Regulatory documents to new filing architecture
-VOC calculation for Swiss portfolio

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Degree in life sciences or equivalent education (e.g. CTA)
-Profound experience in Regulatory ideally within FMCG
-Knowledge in chemical regulations (CLP, REACH, Detergent Regulation, biocides) and preferably also in cosmetics regulation
-Following rules and legislations as well as internal procedures
-Results and solution orientation
-Self-drive and ownership
-First experiences in project management
-Consulting ability
-Good communication skills (in order to transfer regulatory knowledge to non-regulatory audience)
-Entrepreneurial thinking

-German native speaker level
-Fluency English
