- Implementation of new backend hardware/ software for the VoIP backend
- The scope covers all land line telephony provided by Cisco Communications Manager Technology installations in DE, UK, FR, BE
and Cisco hard- and soft phones operated by Group IS functions including pheripherical systems like voicemail and switchboards
Skills:
- 5 years experience with Cisco UC solutions (CUCM, Unity Connection, Presence & IM) - Technical design or implementation or deployment
- Experience with migrating CUCM to CUCM 10.x versions
- Experience with Spectrallink DECT gateway- Technical design, implementation and deployment (
- Experience with creating operations / support documentation
- Experience with creating user documentations
- English & German language skills on work level
