SPECIALIST IN COMMUNICATIONS & ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT - PHARMACEUTICAL/GXP ENVIRONMENT
On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel area, we are looking for a SPECIALIST IN COMMUNICATIONS & OCM with fluent English skills. The role is attached to a program that spans across several years and this assignment is starting BEGINNING OF OCTOBER and extends until END OF 2016.
In this challenging position, you will support the Global OCM Lead in managing the change that occurs with the migration to a new platform. The main focus would be creating and implementing change communication. You will be responsible for creating and managing global communication guidelines and standards, create global metrics and feedback mechanisms and developing online and social media channels (content creation). Additionally, you would assist with implanting the OCM activities including events and holding workshops.
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- A BA/MA in MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Strong experience in a multinational company within an IT environment (5+ years)
- Track record in managing and implementing successful global communication projects
- Relevant experience in CHANGE MANAGEMENT (eg understanding of Prosci methodology is an advantage), structured approach and problem solver mindset
- Training experience
- Very good experience using GOOGLE SUITE and SHAREPOINT
- Excellent ENGLISH language SKILLS
