Specialist Implementation

IMPLEMENTATION TESTER - EN

For our client, an international financial organization, we are looking for an IMPLEMENTATION TESTER, to ensure precise vetting of customer network interface and systems to process financial payments.

You will be part of the global Implementation Testing Team of our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as central point for customers and/or customer representatives
- Provide Guidance to customers and to the Implementation Team organization
- Bring testing support to customers on services and products
- Create, define, and document implementation processes
- Provide advice to execute the processing implementation activities
- Act as implementation specialist to customer's processing support staff
- Manage numerous key customer processing implementation projects simultaneously

PROFILE:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, business or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of network technology application
- Strong knowledge in payment transaction processing and business principles
- Knowledge in connectivity, network and/or wireless is an added value
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Customer facing experience is a plus
- Fluent English is required. French is a plus.
