IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Maintenance the SAP phrase database with standard texts according to given procedures
-Design and create labels in SAP GLM according to current SOPs
-Coordinate the approval of labels by the Local Label Representatives in a timely manner
-Order and coordinate the printing of booklets by the vendor
-Responsible for the delivery check of booklets and support of the implementation of the Labeling Roadmap
-Main contact for the creation and change (GMP) of material and production master data
-Collect required information for the deployment of the master data
-Coordinate approval of master data and interacts with the local master data maintainer and quality

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent qualification
-Good organizational and communication skills in order to manage the relationship with many teams
-Good written and oral English and German language skills
-Experience of SAP systems, Word and Excel
