-Developing, implementing and steering of variable remuneration systems
-Center of expertise regarding pension systems in Germany and Europe
-Development and implementation of total reward systems
-Providing market data to HR and Senior Management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fluent English
-Good knowledge of SAP HCM
-Good knowledge of social security, remuneration and tax specifics
