Duties:
- Assessing and identifying the needs of children, young people and their families
- Consulting and supporting other agencies and ensuring effective communication
- Ensuring a consistent and coordinated response to young people with mental health needs
- Contributing to multi-agency assessment processes
Requirements:
All applicants must be a registered mental health nurse with a valid, up to date NMC pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within mental health and at least 1 years recent experience working within CAMHS.
