As Specialist Best Practice Communication Services (Telephony, Video Conferencing, Lync) you will strengthen the team in mastering and applying best practice operational concepts for Communication Services Transformation and transition projects including but not limited to ITSM/ITIL/Disaster Recovery/Security

Ihre Aufgaben:

Providing strategy and operational consulting
Development of sustainable IT operational concepts and application of these concepts to transformation and transition scenarios (incl. Unified communications) in Communication Services environments
Development and documentation of required infrastructure for optimized communication
Cooperation with relevant SME of other subject matter areas and service level manager of external service providers for implementation and operation of the developed solutions
Provision of new or improved functionality to the users in collaboration with providers and project teams
Evaluation of new technologies and opportunities with focus of cost, reliability and sustainability

Ihr Profil:

Experience in use and design of Communication Services components and integrated system, network technology and components such as IP, QoS, Routers and Switches, End-User devices such as standard telephones, Telephone conference devices, Videoconferencing components and solutions
Experience with complex communication services (telephony, video conferencing, Lync) solutions, methods and protocols, including synchronous and asynchronous TDM, ISDN, DSL, UDP and VoIP,
Knowledge of telephony applications at the component level such as TAPI, CTI, call center solutions, call center routing,
Knowledge in low-level components such as H.323, SIP and T.120 up to integrated Video Conferencing solutions incl. interactive whiteboards, instant messaging, presence information, voicemail, SMS and fax
Experience with communication services design and optimization, roll-out, migration
English and German
