Specialist

A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Performance Improvement Coordinator responsible for the line organization's implementation of the Performance Improvement Programs (Corrective Action Program, Operating Experience Program, Self-Assessment / Benchmarking Programs) at Crystal River Nuclear Plant in Crystal River, FL. This project is scheduled to last 11 months, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization will be available for qualified candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the unit or section Performance Improvement Program point of contact and subject matter expert
- Assist investigators and line personnel in completion of assignments to ensure quality meets program requirements and management expectations
- Review, classify and trend code NCRs
- Ensure quality and completeness of the organization's investigation and corrective action assignments

REQUIREMENTS

- BS Degree and 5+ years like work experience (4 years of like-work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree, or combination of education and like-work experience totaling 9+ years)
- SRO license or certification is preferred
- Experience with INDUS Passport and Business Objects Software
