Specialist

Electrical power generation client is currently seeking a PIP Coordinator at Oconee Nuclear Station in Seneca, SC and a Performance Improvement Specialist at Brunswick Nuclear Plant in Southport, NC. These are CONTRACT positions. Local candidates preferred but per diem will be available for qualified candidates. For a similar position, please refer to job 94122.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze PIP database for emerging / adverse trends
- Provide PIP trend analysis input into the Integrated Performance Assessment (IPA) process
- Provide daily PIP activity oversight
- Resolve various technical and programmatic problems by identifying and rectifying the cause
- Participate / lead daily PIP trending for on-line and outage periods

REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years nuclear plant related experience
- Working knowledge of Corrective Action Program
- Broad knowledge of nuclear programs and processes desired
- Advanced knowledge of the PIP program a plus
