- to implement the technical BMC capacity management software component by focusing on capacity metrics, reporting, forecast and trends
Tasks:
- Install and configure capacity metrics and performance report when missing (this should cover infrastructure utilization)
- Configure basic reporting on utilization of IT infrastructure
- Configure analysis means to identify improvement actions
