Speaking French or Dutch Analyst Developer

Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking Fench or Dutch Analyst Developer available to work in a lonmg term contract for one of our clients in Belgium

Your New role:-

Purpose of the function
ICT Create, test and implement programs; guarantee the quality, user-friendliness and performance of the integrated systems and play a reference role in the development environment in order to deliver high-quality systems that meet the known and predefined standards within the agreed planning.

Main responsibilities
1. System development
Writing, improving and testing programs on the basis of detailed analyzes; perform integration, regression and performance tests to check the consistency and interaction with the other components of the applications.
2. Technical design
Translating the functional analysis into a technical analysis to create a framework within which the system will be realized and a global and documented technical analysis.
3. Acceptance tests
Support the IT team in the development of an acceptance test environment and support the users in carrying out these tests; analyze the results critically and make the necessary adjustments (or have them applied).
4. Implementation
Implementation and follow-up of the novelties (programs, parametrization, documentation, ...), taking into account possible interactions with other domains and after agreement of the business; provide technical support for the implementation of important projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills:-
- A1 or university computer science or equivalent through experience in a similar function
- drawing up a technical analysis (preferably UML)
- development of web applications using Object Oriented Programming, Eclipse (STS), JSP, Javascript, JQuery, XML, HTML/CSS and SQL (or ORM)
- Java/J2EE, Spring MVC and Spring Webflow
- JUnit
- Knowledge of test methodology

Advantage
- CMS (Content Management System) (Alfresco)

Language: Dutch or French with good knowledge of the other national language

Desirable Skills:-
- Portal technology (eg Liferay)
- automated test tools (Selenium)
- Jira
- Sonar
- Entreprise Architect
- working in Scrum team

- insurance sector
