Proteus Europe is searching for Business process consultant speaking French available to work in a long term contract for one of our clients in Belgium.

Your New role:-

You will have skills and knowledge in various business processes such as:
- key processes: Metering, Work and Workforce Management, CRM, Asset, etc;
- support processes: Finance, Logistics, HR etc. .

Business Process Consultants aim to support management and key employees:
- to translate future needs into processes;
- in setting and achieving objectives related to the improvement and/or adaptation of existing processes;
- in establishing a transition plan and its adoption.

DEPARTMENT
You work in the - Works, Supply Chain and GIS- division of the ITBT department (IT and Business Transformation) which manages the processes and applications supporting the work, logistics, assets and cartography. The - Works- domain of this cluster is growing due to the introduction of new Workforce/Mobile Workforce Management applications. You ensure communication between different applications, around a service-oriented architecture.

These consultants will be speaking on the following activities:
- Analyze new customer journeys. It should be noted that a BPA and other internal resources will be coordinated in this context by the senior consultant to guide and ensure the good quality of the work. To do so, it will be asked to implement a reusable standard approach regardless of the route.
- Coordinate the analyzes identified at a client committee and prepare it - .
- Collaborate with the sponsor and the program manager to update the program strategy and participate in strategic reflections and related work
- Prepare and model organizational changes
- Manage a junior consultant and coordinate internal EPS and other resources
- Implement quick wins
- Analyze and model processes
- Contribute to studies
- control, training and coaching (1 day per week in 2016 then 4jh per month in 2017 - senior manager) of the team deliverables

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills:-
- You have a university degree.
- experience as a functional analyst.
- You have experience applying project management processes and methods (planning, budget, indicators);
- The Lean, Operational Excellence, Change Management, KPI and Balance Scorecard concepts are familiar to you.
- You formalize business requirements when process improvements involve changes to existing application solutions or the development of new applications.
- You are able to supervise the work of a team of 2 to 3 analysts.
- You are able to handle some resistance to change.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus;
- You are fluent in one of the two national languages ..and know each other well. You master professional technical English;
- Key skills: flexibility, resistance to stress, customer orientation (Business) and results, listening and communication, good analytical and critical thinking skills, structured and ability to synthesize, assertiveness, organizational and planning skills, pragmatism and responsiveness, listening skills, interest in teamwork.

Junior BPA Consultant
- You have a university degree (Master in Economics or Management) or a higher equivalent of long type (industrial engineer, ...);
- You perform the necessary analyzes to identify opportunities for process improvements, and define the optimization solutions that meet the objectives of the operational department concerned.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the processes used in the energy sector.
- You formalize business requirements when process improvements involve changes to existing application solutions or the development of new applications.
- You ideally have experience in modelling business requirements and logical data models;
- You are used to manipulating data, and use data processing tools in an efficient way (at least Excel, ideally Access, as well as reporting tools);
- Key skills: listening skills, customer orientation, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, critical thinking, results orientation, creativity, conceptual thinking, assertiveness and autonomy
