Proteus Europe is searching for a Service Manager speaking Dutch available for a long term contract in the Netherlands

Your New role:-

- The Service Manager LAB Infrastructure is responsible for day by day operations and managing the service requests, incidents and operations of the global RandD IT LAB infrastructure for both Hardware and Software.
- Managing the RandD IT LAB Services on all aspect located in Eindhoven and member of the Design Environments operations team.
- The delivery of RandD IT LAB Solutions to the local RandD labs align customer needs and the mission and vision of Design Infrastructure in relation to the IT strategy.
- Maintaining the IT Services efficiency and solving issues with an end-2-end customer view.
- Maintaining and extending the network with customers, providers, Philips, peers, analysts, ...
- Driving a continuous improvement process for the RandD IT services by using methodologies like ITIL, PDCA, FMEA, Incident prevention
- Taking care of the deployment of IT changes, problems and projects to the business including communication, training and training material
- Assessing and validating the business impact for large changes, projects and IT roll-outs including safeguarding of acceptance testing and the participation in implementation preparation and approval;
- Escalation Management
- Acting as project liaison for very important projects
- Works closely with IT Service Provider

- Changing environment (Merger and Acquisitions, New Services, change Service provider, new IT Integrated Services Management model);

- Planning of activities: longer term activities versus ad-hoc (escalations).

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
- At least a Bachelors degree in IT or technical domain
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a service management positions
- Knowledge of and experience with service management, life cycle management and service catalogue;
- Knowledge of and experience with IT infrastructure development and operations;
- Knowledge of and experience service management methods, frameworks (ITIL certification) and ITSM Tooling.
