Speaking Dutch Infrastructure Project Manager

Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking Dutch Infrastructure Project Manager available to work from January in a 6 months contract for one of our clients in Belgium.

Your New role:-

As in 2017, there will also be a lot of ICT infrastructure projects planned for 2018. For this specific application, the following projects are in 2018:

- Further roll-out of Wi-Fi in depots and the client maintenance centers.
- Renewal of our AS400 systems in our 2 data centers
- Migration of the IBM load balancers to network scalers

There may be smaller initiatives.

Project management:

- Experience in project management of ICT infrastructure projects (description of the project, management of budget, resources, scope and time)
- Knowledge of the Prince2 methodology
- Knowledge of planning techniques and MS Project
- Clarity knowledge
- Manage and manage risk

Technical knowledge

- Knowledge of and experience with wireless networks and all its components including their management
- Experience with relocation of data centers and then linked techniques such as backup and restore, DRP and business continuity
- Knowledge and experience with load balancing

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills:- General:

- Change management (describe how you approached this in the reference project)
- Being able to communicate with ICT and business, both orally and in writing
- Can lead a project team of about 10 employees
- Experience with cooperation with suppliers
- Knowledge and experience with Prince 2
- MS Project
- Project management of ICT infrastructure projects
- Change management in projects
- Public sector
- Smooth Dutch-language communication, both oral and written, is required
