Speaking Dutch and French Security Consultant

Proteus Europe is searching for a Cyber Security Officer speaking Dutch and French available to work in a project for one of our clients in Brussels

Your New role:-

Cyber ..Security Consultant
Is responsible for translating the Information Security vision and developing the strategy in high level and state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions for the NMBS organization (including its subsidiaries).

Description:
- Cyber ..security Architecture
- Translating functional and non-functional requirements into secure solutions that fit within the already existing (network, system and application) context.
- Proactively providing new secure building blocks to anticipate new threats or new trends (eg Internet of Things, Cloud, ...)
- Monitor vision
- As a quality gate for cybersecurity, new IT projects or IT processes function
- Monitoring the vision, strategy and architecture related to Cybersecurity Architecture (Internet access street), Identity and Access management, Security Incident and Event Management, Web Service Gateway, Authentication Broker, and CyberArk Password Vault
- Proposing, defining and negotiating workable architectural cybersecurity standards within the IT organization in collaboration with the various technical experts and architects.
- The proactive delivery of improvement proposals to bring the cybersecurity portfolio in line with the business are needs.
- Current knowledge: Keeping yourself informed about new developments in cybersecurity and checking how these can be applied within the NMBS organization

Coordination
- Operational coordination and management of one or more projects and initiatives within the Information Security department (priorities, budgets, people management).
- Coordinate within the CISO organization with other departments such as Data Protection, IT Risk Management and Information Security in terms of priorities, interactions and improvement initiatives.
- Closely cooperate with IT PMO to align with existing IT project processes.
- Closely collaborate with other Architectures to align and ensure the consistency of the solutions.
- Cyber ..security operations
- Actively following up change tickets in OTRS
- Request the administrative and technical management of DNS, domain name, whitelisting
- Administrative and technical management of certificates (server, client, code signing)
- Current knowledge: Keeping yourself informed about new developments in cybersecurity and checking how these can be applied within the NMBS organization.

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills :-
- Masters degree or equivalent through experience
- Cybersecurity product knowledge, more specifically SecurIT Trustbuilder, CyberArk Password Vault, Axway Web Service Gateway, ...
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM or CISA
- Communicative and analytical person who has an eye for detail
- Customer oriented
- High level of organizational sensitivity, stress resistance and cooperation with others
