SPDH PROJECT MANAGER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end project management from Analysis phase to close out including the preparation of the detail end to end rollout plan and setting up of project governance
- Represents rollout during analysis phase of projects
- Prioritization of projects/portfolio management within NPR including managing the interdependencies between projects
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient resources for smooth rollout including manpower, competencies, guidelines, equipment planning, budget etc.
- Develop the best operating model based on the nature of the project and the environment surrounding it and responsible for continuous evaluation of the operating model as part of OE.
- Responsible for rollout efficiency from the perspective of processes, guidelines, operating model, governance etc.
