Spare Parts Operations Planning/Optimization Consultant

Job Requirements:

Industry experience: Being in telecom maintenance or managed service area for 10+ years, among which, 5+ years should be concerned with the telecom spare parts service, MV-SPMS experience in competitors is preferable;

With successful spare parts plan business system establishment and optimization or with plan IT system optimization project experience is preferable;

Work Background: Work experience in advanced competitors like Ericsson, NSN, ALU, IBM, ]Accenture is preferable;

Personal ability: With strategic and considerate mind, customer-oriented, good initiative and good communication skills which can influence the high/middle level customer, accept global work assignments/business trip (short-term).

Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and improving spare parts planning method, model, tools and process, optimizing spare parts planning operation and management to achieve the best balance between the spare part inventory cost and OTS combining the best practice in the industry with the company's own situation.
2. Establishing spare parts(MV included) life cycle management strategy, methodology and rules to guarantee spare parts delivery within the whole lifetime, support SPMS expansion;
3. Based on customer requirements and local logistics condition, organize to plan, design and optimize global spare parts warehouse distribution system to fulfil service delivery requirement and realize best cost resu
4. Organize to analyze and monitor global spare parts assets operation result to find out the root cause of issue and rules, ensure the spare parts operation efficiency,  therefore improve global spare parts planning management capability and level
