Are you a Spanish Speaking Project Manager with experience in Supply Chain Logistics and has proven Warehouse Transfer Management? If so, a leader in Medical Devices based in Spain needs you!

Project description and main objectives
*Managing Warehouse Transfer and Implement Standard Warehousing processes
*Expected deliverables
*Describe the deliverable types, contents and validation criteria as precisely as possible.
*Deliver projects for large, multi-site, strategic projects.
*Primary point of contact for project.
*Daily review of project's progress.
*Governance - Give visibility to Program Manager through weekly updates & corrective action plan. *Adjust frequency of updates as needed.
*Documentation - Track completion of project documentation such as SOP, and work instructions.
*Use existing tools for weekly updates, roll-outs, communication to team.
*Escalation metric - Timely escalation of road blocks and working with Program Manager to resolve the same.
* Monitor implementation of solutions along with timelines suggest changes wherever required.
*Proactively identify failure points and devise mitigation plan by following FMEA methodology.
Skills
*Experience with Project Planning and Management. Experience within supply chain industry.
*Experience in project management software/tools (such as Microsoft Project)
*Demonstrated success in delivering supply chain projects on-time and within budget.
*Proven ability to multitask & meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Proficiency in change and risk management methodologies.
*Excellent problem solving skills.
*Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, especially conveying complex information in an understandable manner.
*Spoken Spanish and English
*Able to work effectively both alone and in team/cooperative development efforts.
