Spanish Speaking Customer Services Agent

Our client a leading managed services partner is currently on site at a well known automobile manufacturer.

The client is currently seeking a number of customer service representatives to work in their global department.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKER.

The role will involve liaising with customers from both the UK and Spain via telephone in order to resolve any issues they may have.

You will be expected to deal with customers in a professional manor and rectify any queries they have.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer.
