Sox Compliance Manager

The SOX Manager will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in executing SOX related projects taking place within the company's IT Audit group. Along with the leadership responsibilities of the position, the SOX manager will also direct the testing of key financial business processes to aid the group's overall SOX compliance goals. In order to ensure the group adheres to COSO framework through end to end financial processes, the SOX manager will support the Director of SOX Compliance in developing internal controls for financial reporting.

The following bullets outline skill sets and experience necessary for the position:

* An in-depth knowledge of accounting, IT auditing, and SOX Compliance frameworks.
* A financial services background with extensive experience in the investment banking industry.
* Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* BS degree with a CPA, CISA or MBA is preferred.
