A successful and well established company inSheffieldare recruiting for a senior level sales manager to add to their team.

Having been established for 20 years, there is still a family feel to the company, who believe that customer service and high ethical standards are of the utmost importance. They need a like-minded individual to manage the existing sales team, and generate additional revenue.

Key skills: -

A proven and demonstrable track record in sales leadership

A history of hitting and exceeding targets

An ability to drive and increase revenues

Have a belief in high standards, providing the best service

A thorough knowledge of the IT industry, including direct sales

Be used to presenting at board level and 'C' level

An understanding of IT Infrastructure; Virtualsation, Storage & Networks

Dealings with vendors and manufacturers such as VMWare, Citrix, EMC, NetApp & Microsoft

Package

Realistic OTE of £100K uncapped

Basic salary of £55K
