SOURCING SPECIALIST (REAL ESTATE FACILITY MANAGEMENT)
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a German and English speaking SOURCING SPECIALIST. For this contract (limited for a year) position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start ASAP for 60 - 100 %.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead of sourcing initiatives in the Real Estate Area (requests for planning, construction and services)
- Reviews supplier base with guidance from responsible Sourcing Manager in Zürich
- Documentation of the project and all related topics in the respective system under guidance of the Sourcing Manager
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives under guidance of the Sourcing Manager
- Contract negotiations with Sourcing Manager and contract specialists and business client (CFT)
You must possess:
- Real Estate/Facility Management know-how, ideally experience in the area of architecture and/or construction
- Experience in Procurement and/or Strategic Sorcing
- Contract know-how and excellent negotiation and communication skills
- An engaged personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Team player
- Fluent in English and German, French a plus
