Sourcing Support (Real Estate Facility Management)

SOURCING SUPPORT (REAL ESTATE FACILITY MANAGEMENT)

On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking SOURCING MANAGER. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start ASAP for 80 - 100 %.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Lead of sourcing initiatives
- Documents Initiative for assigned sourcing projects.
- Reviews supplier base with guidance from responsible Sourcing Manager in Zürich
- Documentation of the project and all related topics in the respective system under guidance of the Sourcing Manager
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives under guidance of the Sourcing Manager
- Participates in contract negotiations with Sourcing Manager and contract specialists.

You must possess:

- Real Estate/Facility Management know-how
- University degree or part time student (ideally Economics, Architecture, Facility Management or Building Management related)
- German is a must, English or French a plus
