I have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst/Sourcing Specialist to join my client, an insurance company in London.
The role will include category planning, strategic sourcing and management of spend, including supplier and contract management. You'll need to liaise closely with procurement leadership as well as senior stakeholders in the business. The successful candidate will need good contract negotiation skills and supplier management experience, including cost savings.
Essential skills/experience
*Background in sourcing within the supply chain, procurement or category management
*Negotiating contract development
*Analytical approach - understanding Data
*Stakeholder management - interpersonal/Communication skills
*Dealing with different types of stakeholders and Directors
*Learn quickly, manage varied work load and work independently
*Insurance experience beneficial but not a requirement
