SOURCING SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in New York, NY

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must display the characteristics create and review analysis reports
- Strongly represent the Vendor Management department in company meetings, interact with other departments, effectively lead negotiations and work efficiently handling multiple responsibilities
- Looking for an entry level person to help with the day to day tactical stuff from the Sourcing department (must have sourcing basics)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for partnering with the business to strategically manage procurement/sourcing of products or services
- Actively interact with the Sourcing Operations and initiatives team to work on Sourcing processes and procure to pay workflow for the technology team
- The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the tactical aspects of the procurement life cycle within the Broadcast and Telecom Technology team, interacting with the Broadcast director and VP to make sure all processes are checked and day to day requests are addressed through the proper course of action
- Ultimately, the Sourcing Specialist should assist in procurement in his/her commodity area and assist the team with procurement-related activities
