Sourcing Specialist III Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SOURCING SPECIALIST III to join our client in Waukesha, WI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contracting (SOW development, contract redlining, legal reviews), bidding (Request for Proposal, eAuction), negotiations (planning, execution), and stakeholder process support (assisting users with business tools and sourcing processes).
- Review stakeholder written SOW's. Provide feedback, coaching, training and support to ensure SOW's meet business objectives and have necessary controls.
- Support established IT bidding processes. Create new Requests-for-Proposal (RFPs)as needed. Use eAuctions when necessary.
- Support specific sourcing initiatives for assigned commodities including cash/pay terms and supplier rationalization.
- Provide clear, concise and timely communication with stakeholders (writtenvisit our website to learn both about our company and about our leading professional staffing solutions.
