Sourcing Specialist I

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 

RESPONSIBILITIES- - Single point of contact responsible for Real Time accurate tracking of Renewable Energy MSD including rotor blades and towers.
- The role will involve virtual tracking in Oracle of the physical movement of blades and towers in North America.
- The resource will be the key interface between Sourcing, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Projects to ensure accurate visibility to blade and tower movements 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Receive WF notification to receive blade or tower against external PO 
- Complete receipt transaction in Oracle into supplier specific locator 
- Receive logistics communication indicating that MSD material is moving and needs to be mirrored to a sub-inventory/locator 
- Review logistics documentation to ensure accurate inputs & tracking 
- Perform sub-inventory transfer into appropriate sub-inventory/locator 
- Provide reports/metrics around current MSD inventory location status 
- Track Revenue Recognition events that will liquidate inventory 

SKILLS: 

- Oracle ERP skills 
- Understanding of sub-inventory/locator set up 
- Detail oriented 
- Ability to manage multiple tasks 
- Ability to work cross functionally 
- Strong communication skills 

STRONGLY DESIRED: 

- ERP receiving and warehousing experience, preference is Oracle
