Sourcing, Procurement, Commercial Program Manager

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a SOURCING, PROCUREMENT AND COMMERCIAL PROGRAM MANAGER to join a reputable organisation in the CBD. Reporting to the Program Director you will be responsible for the commercial analysis and design of commercial frameworks in support of complex ICT developments.

Your duties:

- DETERMINE COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFY EFFECTIVE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, PRACTICES, PROCEDURES, AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE
- IDENTIFY, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE PROGRAM
- IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVING PLANNING AND COMMERCIAL PROCESSES, DEVELOPING PROPOSALS TO MANAGEMENT TO ADDRESS HIGH PRIORITY ISSUES
- Manage and maintain relationships with management and key stakeholder
- WORKSHOP FACILITATION
- Ensure business and technical specifications are developed
- Support the development, implementation and improvement of efficient monitoring and reporting systems required to support the management of the program
- Support the development/refinement of the final business case while developing the post implementation benefits realisation modelling

Your background:

- Minimum 5+ years software licensing experience and 7+ years vendor sourcing, commercial, relationship and contract management experience
- An extensive record in deal crafting and negotiation including a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively with multinational third parties
- Extensive experience in interpreting and translating complex customer, business process and operating requirements into clearly articulated win - win commercial frameworks
- The ability to produce Tender Documents including the development of Statement of Works and Service Level Agreements and the management of the Evaluation process
- In-depth experience in providing commercial support and advice within a large and complex organisation and IT environment, particularly in the licensed software domain
- Extensive experience in interpreting and translating complex software license terms into clear and succinct advice and/or recommendations
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
