SOURCING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - PROCUREMENT - CONTRACT MANAGEMENT - SAP MM
Nextlink is having an exciting position as Sourcing Operations Specialist to join our leading pharmaceutical client in Switzerland.
Period: 6 months (until end of March 2017)
Desired start date: October
Due to a peak of activity and for the backfill of a team member in the procurement team, our client is requiring administrative support in procurement operations.
SERVICE DELIVERABLES
Support of sourcing leads to execute negotiated contracts - from contract signature, aligning with controlling, identifying appropriate cost center, managing PR to PO process in SAP MM.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Providing support in procurement operations including but not limited to:
- Supporting program assistants on supplier on-boarding.
- Registering, controlling BEF (Bid Evaluation Form) according to contract terms, contract signature collection.
- Creating Purchase Requests and supporting the accruals process (naming convention, commodity use, accruals).
- Obtaining services approval from sponsors, invoice review and reconciliation.
- Collecting information and other adhoc reporting tasks as necessary.
COMPETENCIES
-At least 4-5 years in supporting operational procurement
- 4-5 years on SAP MM procurement portal (as a user)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Proven 2 years in Contract Management
- Work in an international environment and large organizations
- German language (as a nice to have)
