Sourcing Manager - IT Application Services
Montash have been engaged by a leading Pharmaceutical organisation to source and secure a Sourcing Manager, to manage a global supplier network. The Sourcing Manager will need a strong background in negotiating Master Service Agreements with new IT Vendors. The Sourcing Manager will also need a strong background in preparing and negotiating Amendments to existing MSA's and preparing the Master Service Agreements for review by the legal counsel. The Sourcing Manager will need a strong history in large global organisations, reviewing work orders, working with Vendors and sending finalised Work Orders for execution.
Skills:
- Excellent background within Global Organisations; ideally FMCG, end user, supply chain
- Source Manager
- Negotiating Master Service Agreements
- 4 + years of related experience in Purchasing, Sourcing and Procurement
- Paralegal Certificate
- Strong knowledge of sourcing processes and legal contract negotiations
- Excellent communication skills
