My global client is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join their team on an 8 month contract basis.
To manage the sourcing category - Biologics R&D
Accountabilities
Developing strategic sourcing plans
Implement sourcing strategies
Establish efficient business processes in line with applicable regulations.
Manage key supplier relationships
Develop RFI andRFPs
Deliver category savings and meet cost efficiency targets through productivity and process improvements.
Experience
Broad technical and pharmaceutical development understanding and experience for at least 3 to 5 years.
Business experience including purchasing/sourcing of at least 2 to 4 years.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with successful presentation capabilities and negotiation skills.
