Sourcing Manager, Ariba - London

We are a global financial enterprise, currently seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager with strong experience using Ariba or other supplier management tools.

Responsibilities:

Day to day in management, first point of contact and support of all Sourcing related activities for the defined market.

Most of the activity relates to indirect categories (Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Consultancy Services)

Supporting requirements by finding the correct suppliers within database
-

Managing the legal engagement framework
-

Dealing with new supplier requests and working with supplier optimization objectives
-

Negotiation on statements of works
-

Policy compliance and business owner education
-

Contracts management for engagements above 100K USD via ARIBA Procurement Contracts module
-

Business Owner support on ARIBA Procurement Contracts module
-

No day is the same as the next
-

ARIBA Procurement Contracts and Sourcing Module experience is a must - 6 months is too short to have to train from scratch. This person's ARIBA knowledge will supplement that of the teams and help to manage queries and requests for help.
