Sourcing Assistant
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. Our global multinational end-client based in Basel is currently looking to hire a Sourcing Operations Specialist on a long term basis. The Sourcing Specialist will act as a central contact for internal colleagues and external suppliers for all Operational Sourcing activities.

Starting Date: ASAP
THE ROLE:
*Maintain Sourcing Sharepoint site's content
*Administer global training programs within the LSO/LMS, maintenance and update of role based training curricula, delivery of training compliance reports, based on defined processes
*Compile guideline's certificates from supplier's consultants
*Support DC program assistants on supplier onboarding.
*Supervision of Supplier Level Master Data on Sharepoint.
*Create, register, control BEF according to contract terms, contract signature collection
*Close collaboration with project assistants and support in creation of Purchase Requests and support the accruals process (naming convention, commodity use, accruals)
*Obtain services approval from sponsors, invoice review and reconciliation
*Sourcing Reporting regarding Budget vs Actuals, Savings Reports and Spend categorization
*Collecting information and other adhoc reporting tasks as necessary
*Assist sourcing with execution of Supplier performance Score Cards
*Consultants T&E review and monthly reporting according to guidelines
*Maintenance and subscription renewals that do not require negotiations
*Rooster of IT assets for suppliers and projects (ie Ipads, Laptops, other IT Hardware)
YOUR PROFILE:
*You have +5 years of work experience in the areas above. Pharma experience, preferred.
*Meticulous controlling/numeric skills, attention to detail and demonstrated focus on quality
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint), SAP procurement portal or Ariba experience, other internal reporting systems of advantage (BW, GPA, etc.)
*Good understanding about standard records management and guidelines requirements
*Excellent organizational skills to meet aggressive timelines
*Shows initiative and a vested interest in improving and optimizing current working processes
*English and German necessary
