Projektbeschreibung

The Sourcing Analyst/Procurement Analyst/Purchasing/Buyer will support the development and execution of Sourcing initiatives across our clients EMEA spend. Contributing towards the Worldwide Supplier Management Project they will ensure Oracle is utilised effectively with up to date supplier master dataunderstand, align and support business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting spend analysis, analysing supply markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFis/RFPs and leading supplier negotiations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Strategic sourcing and vendor management experience with ability to lead multiple simultaneous strategic sourcing initiatives, following a standard strategic sourcing methodology
- Provide rigorous analysis of spend data and industry dynamics to prioritize and launch sourcing initiatives
- Gather stakeholder and subject-matter insights/business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet business needs
- Identify process opportunities to increase efficiencies
- Manage the planning and execution of RFis and RFPs
- Lead supplier negotiations
- Contribute to implementation planning and change management initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Requires a university degree (or International equivalent) and/or demonstrated experience within pharmaceutical/healthcare
- Strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute development strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to analyse complex issues, execute sound judgment and make decisions
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
- Excellent and demonstrable command of written and spoken English and proficiency at communicating verbally and in written form.
- Microsoft software super user.
