SOURCING ANALYST needed for a one (1) year CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Alpharetta, GA

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- IT sourcing experience
- Experience in regulated industry such as Financial Services OR Credit Card
- Supplier management and strategic sourcing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Supplier Risk Surveys for all IT Suppliers and/or engagements according to IT policies and procedures.
- Works collaboratively with internal IT partners to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution. Able to work as a member of team and show flexibility in order to meet department goals.
- Professionally addresses and responds to calls and emails from suppliers and outside functions.
- Responsible for entering IT Supplier Manager information accurately into various enterprise systems (eg MetricStream, Support Central, Oracle)
- Responsible for supporting a category of Supplier Managers in the setup and updating of Supplier Risk files. Execute supplier segmentation, qualification and handover to appropriate supplier manager based on protocol.
- Initiates supplier registration, SOW and PO Request procedures by interviewing IT stakeholders, compiling information and substantiating entries with supplier managers.
- Provides assistance in building out IT Supplier Mgt Libraries and evidencing repositories.
- Supports improvements and growth initiatives of the IT SM surveillance program by being a change agent and subject matter expert.
- Raises system errors/connectivity and keeps all impacted parties notified.
- Responsible for detailed documentation focused on establishing complete and clear evidencing around the on-boarding process.
- Expedite outstanding items with suppliers and provide updates to the Functional specialist & Compliance (eg 3PC groups).
- Identify problems, trouble shoot and determine appropriate action plan without close supervision.
- Interact with a large array of IT suppliers in addressing issues and problems/complaints tactfully, courteously and effectively. Reach out to suppliers communicating requirements, expediting responses, and maintaining up-to-date contact information.
- Initiate the PO request process and Invoicing in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Support Program Mgt group by developing work instructions to implement best practices/lessons learned and ensure repeatability.
- Represent voice of the supplier and IT stakeholder in functional design, driving utilization and regulatory reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Drive program awareness and utilization of the On-board
- Research and analytical skills, organization skills. ability to work in a high volume environment.
- Some knowledge of sourcing and supplier management life cycle, terminology and practices preferred.
- Strong cross-group communication, collaboration, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly organized, with great attention to ensure required details are not overlooked.
- Strong multi-tasking aptitude in order to manage multiple issues/suppliers in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency - ensuring the job gets done on time

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Some IT experience within highly regulated Financial, Services or Credit Card industry
- Some working knowledge of Supplier Management and/or Strategic Sourcing.
- Possesses analytical and excellent organizational skills
- Results and action oriented/Reliable and responsible.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
