Sourcing Analyst

DETAILS

- The individual will facilitate strategic sourcing activities within IT, which entails working with internal customers to develop requirements, issuing and scoring RFx events, contract and price negotiations, measuring spend and savings realization, and execution of supplier management and sourcing best practices and methodology.
- This position will need to establish and prioritize activities for assigned sourcing projects and categories to achieve objectives and results including supplier research and creating deliverables as part of documenting the sourcing process.
- This position will report to an IT Procurement Manager and will work closely with other team members, IT stakeholders, and other members of project groups.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years of IT sourcing experience
- Microsoft Excel Intermediate to Expert level (create spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables)
- Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate-Expert level
- ARIBA experience a plus
- Background in economics or business, focused on supply chain or sourcing
- General sourcing experience acceptable but IT sourcing preferred
- Ability to collect and analyze data and report/present findings to management
