Sourcing Analyst

Responsible for supporting the Marketing Services Procurement team by developing and maintaining the fact base and performing analysis related to assigned categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- Development and Validating Spend.
- Relationship management with key suppliers within assigned non-critical categories.
- Creation and/or maintenance of cost models, understanding of key cost drivers and providing pricing inputs to Risk Management group in order to ensure pricing stability and predictability.
- Supporting sourcing strategies
- Support growth platforms
- Support procurement department goals and metrics
- Ensure necessary system updates are performed
- Monitor and manage supplier performance
- Generate materials in support of presentations, workshops and negotiations.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to procurement processes and policies.
- Managing key activities related to assigned categories including: Edit and manage Contracts; Prepare Bid documents to obtain sourcing approvals; Resolve and respond to invoice issues; SAP work flow management for new items, specifications and pricing; Help with reporting; Fact finding; and Special Projects

SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Marketing. MBA is a plus.

- Prior procurement experience 3-5 years or equivalent in procurement. Specific experience in spend areas of Marketing or professional services, or other commercial areas.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Must be results driven and have solid communications skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
