THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Sourcing qualified candidates for corporate positions of all levels
- Reviewing and screening direct applicant resumes via ATS (PeopleFluent)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Utilizing various recruitingLinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Ladders and others
- Proactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system to exceed OFCCP compliance expectations
- Phone screening qualified candidates and providing feedback to Senior Recruiter
- Innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines
- Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and through execution of established processes
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting and/or sourcing in a corporate or agency environment
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with PeopleFluent or Taleo applicant tracking system
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using a wide array of techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Experience and familiarity with OFCCP compliance
- HR knowledge to include benefits, compensation, and performance management
