Projektbeschreibung
A Sourcefire Specialist/Network Intrusion Protection Engineer, with excellent Network Intrusion Protection and Sourcefire product specialist experience, is required for an initial 3 month contract based in Mons, Belgium (1 hour from Brussels).
Working for a leading consultancy to work closely with the end client, NATO on the NCIRC programme (National Computer Incident Response Capability), the Network Intrusion Engineer would be required to centrally manage the equipment being deployed at the remote sites, licensing the devices, PKI certifying the appliances, perform upgrades and push rule sets. NIPS (Network Intrusion Protection) is a sub system within the overall deployment and is based on the Sourcefire suite of products.
The engineer will need a good network background and a grasp of VSS TAP and Aggregator technology
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a valid SC Clearance.
This position is looking to start ASAP and will be flexible on pay, ranging up to £500/day (Limited/Umbrella Company). Expenses for each day spent in Mons will be covered up to £150 per day in addition to the day rate.
