Amoria Bond is currently searching for a Sophis Business Analyst to join one of our clients in New York City. This is a freelance opportunity to start in the new year for an initial duration of 6 months. The contract will then be extended for a further 6 months depending on performance.

The Sophis BA will join an exciting implementation project, in a new team and perform the following tasks:
- Gather requirements from the business/stakeholders
- Create relationships with stakeholders and keep them up to date of all progress
- Write functional specifications for the IT team
- Monitor the solutions and test them
- Coordination

Some travel will be required to another location but the project will mainly be in NYC.

Essential skills:
- Sophis Risque experience
- Implementation experience
- Front Office exposure (and Risk Management preferred)
- Equity Derivatives (EQD) knowledge

IMPORTANT: The client will provide arrangements for all necessary visa/permits to be able to start in January.
