Our client has a job vacancy for a sonographer to work within a busy NHS hospital based in Leicestershire. This vacancy is an ongoing locum role starting ASAP; this role is part time and you will be required to work every Friday. The pay rate for this role is 47 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
* Organising the workload according to demand and work in all the area covered by ultrasound. This includes obstetric, gynaecology and/or general ultrasound.
* Scanning of both in patients, out patients and General Practitioner referrals, ensuring high quality standards of patient care and maintenance of an efficient cost effective service.
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:
All applicants must have a relevant qualification in Radiography and PG Cert, MSc or equivalent in ultrasound. Applicants must be professionally registered with the HCPC and be eligible to work in the UK. You must have a minimum of 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
