SOLVENCY PROCESS II ANALYST

My Client are looking for a Solvency II Process analyst to work within a business project team under the supervision of the ORSA Project Leader, working on the Solvency II program, aiming to implement the ORSA and Pillar II related processes within the company.

MAIN DUTIES:

Document and support the implementation of the OSRA process (in dry run mode) and Policies implementation. This means mobilise all internal stakeholders, conduct workships with different Business Line representatives, capture the information from sub-processes contributing to the main OSRA process, identify and manage dependencies between departments and other existing Risk and Finance processes (Multi-Year budget), coordinate with project managers the information gathering, assist in the writing of the OSRA report, suggest methodological improvements (eg Forward looking risk assessment, quantification of capital addons) and ensure the appropriate sequencing and the monitoring of activities providing information to the main OSRA process.

The successful Solvency II Process Analyst may also participate in some of the OSRA process descritpion in other domains directly related to ORSA or Solvency II program such as data quality policy, link between OSRA (Pillar 2) and Quantitative Reporting Templates (Pillar 3).

Proven experience with user requirements gathering, actuarial analysis in an Insurance Business environment is a must. A track record in Solvency II assignments across business lines and Quantitative Risk knowledge are required.

- Experience in Solvency II
- Strong knowledge of insurance business and products
- Quantitative risk management experience
- Business process description
- Pragmatic and solution oriented
- Strong analytical and communication skills (facilitator role)
- Pro-active and flexible
- Ability to gather and structure information (facilitator role)
- Outstanding report writing skills
- Language skills: Fluent French and Dutch speaker only
