Solvency II Analyst

We are currently looking for a number of Solvency 2 proven consultants who have experienced in business/data analysts especially with strong knowledge/experience of data centric project undertakings

* Solvency II experience including ideally, experience of working closely with Actuarial and Finance colleagues
* Strong understanding of building business requirements from information gathering through data dictionary build and supporting management protocols including data governance frameworks.
* A good awareness and understanding of data analytical tools and familiarity with working with IT colleagues to shape solution designs that meet business needs
* Gather business data requirements across the programme working closely in particular with the Actuarial, Finance and Risk Workstreams.
* Support Gap analysis activity against SII requirements
* Shape supporting data documentation including as an example build of a robust data dictionary
* At an appropriate time, work with IT to shape technical requirements documentation
* Support solution design activity and work with the planned IT Architecture Board to establish fit with strategic plans/needs
* Work across the programme to support Training and Awareness activity from planning to implementation
* Actively support Communications activity within and across the business in relation to supporting achievement of SII programme objectives
* Carry out all usual project management activities as required eg Risk management, reporting, workshop facilitation etc.
* Good inter-personal skills and capable of working with business stakeholders at all levels.
