SOLVENCY 2 FINANCE MANAGER

My client, a Leading Financial Services Company, are currently expanding their Insurance/Finance Division, so are therefore hiring for a Solvency 2 Finance Manager to join their team on a rolling contract basis based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities, Essential/Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

(1) Experienced ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant

(2) Experience of working in a Solvency 2 based project

(3) Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure both in isolation and with other teams

(4) Strong team player with a commitment to coach and develop others within the team

(5) Ability to identify execution risks and work with colleagues to prepare mitigation plans

(6) Proven ability to deliver in a change environment

(7) Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to explain financial results to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
