The top three requirements of the candidate that we are looking for would be:
A proven track record and evidence of where they have:
- Recent experience of DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING LARGE AND COMPLEX CISCO CUCM and CONTACT CENTRE ENTERPRISE (UCCE) SOLUTIONS.
- Produced high-quality design documents (HLDs and LLDs) on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrated excellent customer facing skills and were viewed by Customers' as a trusted advisor/expert in their field.
