Solutions Architect (Successfactors)

Title: Solution Architect (SuccessFactors)
Role: Contract (3 months extendable)
Location: Paris , France
Start date: ASAP (ideally)
Finish: January 2016

Competences required:

Ensures global design consistency
Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
Technical and functional expertise in implementations.
French speaker is advantageous

Mission:

Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Share best practices and be consultative to both client and Project Team (Lead, Project Manager,..) throughout duration of the project
Guarantee a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
Co-team with the Technical Leads to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
Support on Testing efforts
Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Project Manager
Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer
