Solutions Architect (Risk) - Financial Services

Skills - Microsoft technology stack, specification writing, Business Analysis, understanding of risk management, and or leading a small team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solutions Architect for a leading financial services firm based in the city near Moorgate. This Solutions Architect would be joining there Data Architect Team which are responsible for providing solution for a number of Tier 1 Investment banks for their Credit, Market and CVA Risk Systems.

This Solutions Architect will be joining the core Architecture team who are responsible for providing solutions to the business which contribute to the product development process across the business.

This solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:

*Involved in key business projects providing technical consultancy when required.

*Be the main interface between the business and the core development team.
*Speak to key business users of core systems and steer the development team in their development efforts

*Have a sound understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and be able to communicate between the business and the development teams to align development activities with the businesses core strategy.

*Specify customer requirements(Investment banking clients)
*Mentor Junior Solutions Architects
*Propose costed initiatives for the improvement of delivery and implementations of core risk systems.
*Push the strategic technical strategy working closely with clients and customers(Tier 1 Investment Banks)
