Solutions Architect- Microsoft/Dynamics CRM/AX- West Sussex

An experienced MICROSOFT CONSULTANT required for Government Organisation based in WEST SUSSEX WITH TRAVEL TO LONDON.

DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THE ROLE CANDIDATES WILL IDEALLY HOLD SECURITY CLEARANCE TO SC LEVEL

The successful candidate will support a significant BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME enabled by implementation of a wide range of MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES, FOCUSING ON DYNAMICS CRM, DYNAMICS AX, THE BI STACK, BIZTALK AND SHAREPOINT. The successful candidate will have experience with design, development, configuration and operation of solutions utilising technologies across this range of software, and be able to provide advice and guidance to the organisation''s client-side team in areas such as best practice design principles, available implementation options for given requirements, and assurance of solutions developed by our main IT supplier.

You will join a small architecture team with some existing knowledge of the technologies in these areas, to support facilitation of business transformation and assurance of solution development while mentoring the current architecture team to take on this role independently in future.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS USING MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM

Excellent communications and influencing skills to help find win-win trade-offs between long term strategic supportability and maintainability, and short business goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts potentially in a governance capacity.

Ability to undertake solution prototyping and demonstration of solution options to customers, to aid in requirements elicitation.

THE FOLLOWING ARE HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Experience of designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX and the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack.

Experience of operating and configuring enhancements to production Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX solutions.

Experience of designing and developing solutions using Microsoft BizTalk and Microsoft SharePoint particularly integration with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX solutions.
